The Talia – Double Sofa Bed with Storage

After searching for a durable comfortable convertible sofa, I happened to find it at Expand Furniture! It’s compact which is perfect for tiny NYC apartments, well made and it easily pulls out to a full sized bed! The delivery service was amazing and even during COVID, they carried it up to the 4th floor for me and the customer service from Expand was absolutely helpful. Assembling was not a problem at all, you just have to screw in the top part - I definitely recommend using an electric drill for that. I love the color of the sofa, the design, and the ease at which it converts to a bed. It has a storage space which is convenient to store extra pillows and blankets for guests. It isn’t as soft and the weave material is a bit rough but I don’t mind it. Definitely look into buying protectors for your floors because this ended up scratching my hard wood floors. I am completely in love with it and I would definitely recommend buying it! Would really love if the company also sold sheets for this bed size! I bought this sofa bed for my tiny house, because using a twin bed for a daytime couch and nighttime bed for the last year wasn’t working. I chose this one over all the many others I looked at because it doesn't need to be pulled out from the wall, it has a storage area for the bedding, I like the color, and the measurements work with the space where I put it. It’s easy to open and close, and I like the extra firmness of it both as a sofa and as a bed. For those who need a bed with more cushioning, it’s easy to add a foam topper. I like it fine just the way it is. I’m glad I bought it!

After a lengthy search we finally found an exceptional and functional Sofa Bed for our family room. The Talia double sofa bed with storage is a true double bed in width which is very hard to find. A very space efficient sofa, easily rolls out and folds back into place. Storage inside is more than I expected. The fabric seems to be quality and true to the color in the pictures. My husband and I only noticed some screws that were put in a bit lopsided on one of the connection points and looks like it could possibly break over time. So far no issues though. And know that it does come very firm. We haven't used it enough yet to know if it softens up over time.

Kinda wish I had more color choices but I love it for my tiny bedroom. It is slightly on the stiffer side as a bed but not enough that it bothers me. You put it together by yourself, but it's easier with 2 people.
