The Lightweight build uses a functional coat hanger bar on the face that also doubles as the beds base for sleeping. Largely delivered assembled, just attach the base to the wall, install the locks and your simple Murphy bed is ready to use. This ultra minimal Murphy bed is designed and manufactured in Italy with strong materials. The face panel comes in a variety of finishes.. The Headboard fabric is also a custom choice. At 35cm in depth this is a simple but brilliant space saving Murphy Bed.

Attach it to the wall, add a mattress and you have a minimal Murphy bed in your home. The practical coat hanger bar is useful to hang items on and also doubles as the beds base. Locks in place hold the bed upright. Fits a Queen Size mattress under 7 inches.

This Murphy Bed arrives mostly assembled. You will need to mount the base to the wall and add the locks to the wall.
Wall Mounting Required
Homes have different wall structures and it is important to get the correct anchors for your wall. While most hardware is included in this we do require you purchase your own wall anchors for this reason. After you determine your wall type (Drywall, Brick, Concrete, Wood etc) we can advise you on anchors or you can talk to your local hardware store or have your installer advise.

Mattress
Originally designed for a Italian Double (slightly wider) you can fit your own USA Queen mattress on here if it is under 7 inches in depth.
Many customer choose IKEA queen mattresses with this bed. Inquire for a factory produced mattress in medium comfort either in Coil/Spring form or Memory Foam as an additional add on.
